The training begins with Understanding Water Treatment, where you’ll learn the basics of where water comes from, common household water issues, how to test water and the value of water treatment solutions. Following that, The Market Landscape module helps you understand different homeowner needs and provides insights into the growing demand for water treatment products. This knowledge will help you differentiate yourself and recognize market opportunities.
Next, we cover North Star Solutions, where you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of our water softeners, drinking water systems and filtration products, which sets the stage for hands-on learning in the subsequent modules. North Star Water Softeners is a core part of the program, teaching you the science behind water softening, debunking common myths and providing detailed installation, maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Similarly, the North Star Drinking Water Systems module offers insights into drinking water filtration, installation and the importance of clean, safe drinking water.
We’ll also explore Tank Filters, often used for homes with serious water quality issues. You’ll learn when and how to use these advanced systems effectively. The program concludes with practical knowledge on Managing Warranty & Shipping Damage, ensuring you can confidently assist customers with any post-purchase concerns.
Finally, you’ll complete a Final Project, preparing a presentation that showcases the value of water treatment and North Star’s products—equipping you with the tools to educate and sell to your consumers confidently. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to deepen your expertise, our training program will ensure you leave with a comprehensive understanding of residential water treatment.
